Privacy and cookie choices
This information describes the current website. A complete privacy notice still requires owner-supplied details and legal review.
Data, purposes and legal bases
Accounts use email, optional name, confirmation status, preferences and saved items for account management. Enquiries use company, contact name, email, website, preferred model and message to respond. Measurements use page, device type, referring domain and random session/click IDs for statistics and permitted attribution. These are not necessarily anonymous: combinations may distinguish an individual.
Analytics requires prior consent. For accounts, enquiries, security and legal obligations, the owner must have the applicable basis and necessity assessed for each activity; contract or legitimate interests are not established conclusions here. Advertising preference is not identity or licence evidence.
Retention and deletion
Account information is available while the account exists; deletion removes profile and saved items. Audit and security records may remain separately. The owner must define maximum periods, backup deletion and periodic cleanup for accounts, enquiries, clicks, conversions and logs. Browser choices remain on the device until removed or changed; this is not a server retention period.
Providers and transfers
The code uses Lovable Cloud for website/account data and Google Analytics only after consent; fonts load through Google Fonts. Email and partner services depend on the actual configured providers. The owner must confirm contractual entities, roles, locations, processing agreements and any EEA transfers and safeguards. Product names do not constitute a complete processor list.
Privacy requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object where applicable. You can withdraw consent without retroactive effect. Until a dedicated procedure is confirmed, use the editorial contact below with the subject Privacy request and a brief description; do not send identity copies or gambling details. The owner must establish secure, proportionate verification and statutory handling. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority.
No automated decision with legal effects has been identified as a product feature. The exact controller, legal bases, retention and transfers still require confirmation. Private drafts can be entered centrally in Administration → Compliance for legal review; they are not automatically published.
